Current Sunday Worship Schedule

Saturday 5:00 PM – Worship at Grace (Ridgeway) UMC
If you can’t make it Sunday, or if you are in the Ridgeway area, come see us at 501 Main St, Ridgeway, WI. Our sister church has a worship service followed by a potluck supper. You are encouraged to bring a dish to pass, but it is not required!

9:00 AM – Traditional and Contemporary Worship

Traditional: 1st, 3rd & 5th Sundays of the month — On these Sundays your musical experience will be more traditional with hymns played on our organ. The choir will share a choral anthem on the first and third Sundays, and the bell choir will perform on the fifth Sundays.
Contemporary: 2nd & 4th Sundays of the month — On these Sundays your musical experience will be more contemporary with songs led by our praise band.

Each worship service will have: a dedicated children’s time, a time to share our God moments, a sermon, and a time for community prayer. Both worship styles include full multimedia support, including lyrics and sermon presentation on-screen.

What Should I Wear?

We only have one rule: Wear clothes. Yep, be comfortable, or dress up, it’s up to you. You will not be judged by your appearance. Much of our Sunday crowd arrives in jeans. Some like to wear a suit or khakis. Whatever your comfort level is, go for it. Just come as you are… (Pajamas might be a stretch, however)

How will I know what to do?

We strive to make every effort to make sure our guests are made to feel welcomed and accepted. This means making sure you know where things are, and exactly what to expect on a Sunday morning as much as possible. We do this through multiple ways: on-screen announcements, bulletins, signage, and smiling, helpful faces throughout the building (You can always ask a greeter!)

What is the music like?

Music is a big part of our services, and we have many talented individuals giving their praise through this medium. On the first, third and fifth Sundays, you will be led in song by the choir, along with the organ and/or piano. Dr. Jeff Athey is a regular, bringing us gospel music with guitar & voice. The bell choir and other musicians will also perform occasionally. Here’s a sampling of our choir: During our 2nd and 4th Sundays our praise band leads the crowd in popular contemporary Christian rock music, touching the souls of young and old alike. What do I do with my kids?

Families are welcome to keep children of any age with them in the sanctuary during worship. In fact, we love it! We do not have a staffed nursery available at the present time, but you are welcome to use the nursery space!

That's all great, but is there food?

Of course! After our worship service, you are invited in the Fellowship Hall (just across the hall from our service) for coffee, tea, lemonade and a variety of treats.
