Praise! (Psalm 150)

Series: General

Sunday, May 15, 2011 | By Rom A. Pegram

Introduction:

In the Old Testament, it is clear to see that worship is all about giving. In those days, you brought your very best sacrifice ... whether wheat ... or oil ... or animal. You brought God your very best! In fact, God even told the Jewish people, "No one is to appear before me empty-handed" (Exodus 34:20).

This is what worship is to be today, too! It's to be about giving God our very best! We need to give God our very best PRAISE when we come here! And, the praise is to be continuous. So, whatever we give to God is to be our very best and never stop! Is that what the praise of God looks like in our lives?

Today, we're going to learn more about the topic of praise. We're going to learn together what it's supposed to look like in our lives together...
