When the Journey Has Wore You Out

Series: The Journey to Jerusalem (2012)

.Sunday, March 18, 2012 | By Rom A. Pegram

Introduction:

Sermon Series ImageToday, we're still on the Journey to Jerusalem with Jesus. As we begin, let me ask this question: When you are going through incredibly challenging times in your life, what is your immediate response? Do you automatically turn and run toward God ... or are you tempted to turn back to your "˜old ways' of dealing with things in your life and run in the opposite direction? Unfortunately, when the going gets tough, way too many people run in the opposite direction. But, should we?

Today, we're going to talk about temptations that come our way when we're feeling beat down ... and are just so wore out that we don't feel like we can keep going. But, folks, we have the answer to those times in our lives ... and that's where we're going today...
