Introduction:

God's love has been the focus of our worship for the last few weeks. Today, we are going to spend some time exploring the topic of how God's love can help us work towards unity in our relationships. Unity can be defined as harmony or agreement between people and groups. Everyone can use a little more peace and harmony in their lives. Living in a family and in a community is hard work and it takes a lot of love. Sometimes, it takes more love than we have inside of us, especially when we try to do it without God, and we end up exhausted and frustrated. It is only when we learn to surrender control of our relationships to God's love that true unity is possible. God's love is such an incredible gift, and we are so blessed to know we are part of God's family!
