Introduction:

There are a lot of things in life that don’t make sense. Sometimes it is hard to see God in the everyday activities of life because life doesn’t make sense. Faith does not work on normal principles. God doesn’t do things the same way people do. Efficiency, practicality, and self-interest are not the core values of the Kingdom. God expects a lot more from us. In the sermon today we will talk about the clever steward who was creative in how he handled his problems. Life may not make sense but God does.
